Is it possible to transfer a booking I made through this website to any other channel? Or the other way around?

Please note that none of the following requests will be approved.

Double booking:
Holding dates via Komorian.jp while placing another reservation for the same dates through a different channel.

Booking transfer (1):
Requesting to switch to a Kumano Travel booking after a reservation has been confirmed via Komorian.jp.

Booking transfer (2):
Requesting to switch to a Komorian.jp booking after a reservation has been confirmed via Kumano Travel.

Exception to (2):
Before a Kumano Travel booking is confirmed (i.e., before payment is made), a request to switch to a direct booking via Komorian.jp may be considered if the reason is a delay in response from Kumano Travel.
