Komorian is located near Takijiri 滝尻 (7 minutes by shuttle) and Takahara 高原 (12 minutes by shuttle) of the Kumano Kodo 熊野古道, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Guests stay in the spacious main house, while Miko, the female host, stays in the tiny house next door to provide support.

Komorian은 쿠마노코도(熊野古道)의 타키지리(滝尻, 셔틀로 7분)와 타카하라(高原, 셔틀로 12분) 근처에 위치해 있으며, 최대 6명까지 숙박하실 수 있습니다. 고객님은 넓은 메인 하우스에서 머무시며, 여성 호스트 미코는 바로 옆 작은 하우스에 머물면서 필요한 지원을 제공합니다.

Komorian was originally owned by an authentic GEISHA.
She built this beautiful retreat house to welcome her VIP guests after her retirement.
That’s why the house is located in a hidden small village, completely non-commercialized, unlike Takahara or Chikatsuyu.

Komorian offers two types of stay packages.

1-night stay / Private Room Package (from Feb 1, 2026)
Suitable for those planning a standard pilgrimage journey, staying at a different accommodation each night.
A free guest shuttle from Takijiri, Takahara Rest Area, and Shiomi-toge is available.
A free guest shuttle to Takijiri, Takahara Rest Area, and Kurisugawa is available.
Same-day luggage transfer is not included.

3-night stay / Entire House Package
Suitable for those who prefer to stay in one place and enjoy the Kumano Kodo at a more relaxed pace.
With our flexible and complimentary shuttle service, you can walk the section between Takijiri-oji and Hongu-Taisha of the Kumano Kodo at your own pace, adjusting to your stamina and the weather.
Same-day free luggage transfer to the next accommodation is available under certain conditions.
