As for individual guest, the payment will be processed at any time, after we confirmed your request from booking comment.

→ About any booking made after 1st July 2024. No need to input your credit card information upon booking. We will separately send you a payment link on which you can make the payment, after we ensure your needs are met.

As for travel agencies, we will send an e-mail including a payment link and information of our bank account. Please make the payment using whichever method convenient for you, by the time specified in it.
