We have free wi-fi inside the house, which is fast and stable enough to enjoy the vidio chatting or watching YOUTUBE, etc.
The pass code will be provided after the check-in.
However, the signals from cell phone companies like NTT-Docomo, Au or Softbank are not strong enough to talk trough cell phones, even outside the house.

Unfortunatly, No. The nearest super market is 50 minutes walk and the nearest convenience store LAWSON is more than 10 minutes by car from the house.
Instead, guests can recieve shuttle service for free.
As a general rule, we do not accept the transfer. In the case you have to do so because of any special reason, please let us know first.
Michino-Eki is a rest house located in the open roads equipped with parking lots, rest rooms, restaurants and souvenir shops selling local products.

The house is run almost on one-person operation basis, so it happens to be difficult to catch a random incoming call.

For accommodation fee, credit cards are available. Acceptable brands are VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

- Only BEEF, PORK, CHICKEN (and each broth), COOKED FISH, RAW FISH (sashimi) and SHRIMP can be eliminated, IF ONLY you inform us UPON BOOKING PROCESS.
- Any other ingredients such as FISH BROTH, GLUTEN, DAIRY PROCUCTS or EGG cannot be eliminated.
- For those who have food allegy, please be aware that we can eliminate the ingridients above but contamination is NOT avoidable.
- We CANNOT accommodate Vegan food and/or Non gluten food.
- Lacto-ovo vegetarian without fish broth is available only for 1 NIGHT STAY (available only on Kumano-Travel or Airbnb.)
- Dietary request cannot be changed or added after completing the payment.
Komorian is a small business almost being operated by one person who was grown up in “eat everything” culture of Japan.
For the host, to accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions is simply impossible.
We would appreciate if you could understand and respect this cultural and environmental difference from your country.

+ Is it possible to bring our luggage by ourself on the check in day?
Yes, you can bring your luggage with you on the local bus to Takiijiri bus stop on the check in day. Your luggage will be collected by our shuttle car at Takijiri bus stop 滝尻バス停 and you can start walking with light backpack. No arrangement is needed.
※ In the case you will not walk on the check in day, you and your luggage will be collected by our shuttle car together at the Takijirii bus stop.
+ Is it possible to send our luggage from an inn in Tanabe City to Komorian in the same day?
We will arrange and book the service provider which we cooperate with.
Please let us know about below, as soon as your detailed schedule have been decided.
(1) the name of the hotel
(2) reservation name for your group (of the hotel)
(3) number of your luggage,
Note : With the last minutes notice, the same day provider can be fully booked and not available, especially in March, April, May, September, October and November.
+ Is it possible to send our luggage from an airport / a hotel outside of Tanabe city to Komorian?
Yes, but only by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato).
Please let us know the detail of your plan so we can avoid any trouble.
