Regarding the booking requests made through Kumano-travel.com, the current status is as follows.
The agency’s liaisons are currently processing the requests, while there is no visible progress to be shared with guests or with us yet. The initial reply from the agency usually takes about 20 days to 70 days. Thank you very much for your patience.
This is the list of guests whose reservations are still being processed by KT. Once the reservation is finalized or canceled, they will be removed from the list.

If you would like to arrange same-day luggage transfer to or from Komorian, please note that only our designated delivery service can be used. Kindly consult with us at the time of booking. Please be aware that if you use a different delivery service without prior notice, it may cause issues with receiving your luggage at our accommodation, or require an earlier check-out time.
