1. Please select the dates you would like to book from the availability calendar and send the request.
2. You will receive an automatic reply from the booking system with a link for a few more questions. Please answer all the questions from this Link.
3. Komorian will check the answers (and we might ask additional questions as needed).
4. We will send a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible.
   The confirmation e-mail will include a payment link of Square (payment provider) for you, which is effective for 48 hours.
5. Once you make the payment, the reservation procedure will be completed.

※ The booking dates you selected will be hold for you, until the reservation procedure above is completed.

Please note: the dates will be cancelled and released again

(a) when we don’t receive the answer for the Questionnaire from you within 48 hours after this e-mail is sent, (b) when we don’t receive the additional answers that might be asked to you within reasonable time duration or (c) when the payment is past due.
